📝 Pawtrait Jewelry – Terms & Conditions

1. Customization & Orders
All Pawtrait Jewelry pieces are made-to-order using the photo and engraving details provided by the customer. Please ensure all submitted content is correct before ordering. We are not responsible for errors made in submitted personalization.

2. Production & Shipping Time
Orders typically take 7–10 business days to produce before shipping. We ship worldwide, and shipping times vary depending on destination. Pawtrait Jewelry is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with an error on our part. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed or refunded.

5. Copyright & Usage
By submitting a photo, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to use it. We may use customer-submitted designs for marketing unless requested otherwise.

6. Payment & Currency
All payments are processed securely. We accept major credit cards and supported payment providers. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
