🐶 What kind of photo should I upload?
Choose a clear photo where your pet's face is well lit and easy to see. Front-facing shots with good lighting work best. If your pet has one ear up and one ear down, even better. We love a little character.
⏱️ How long does it take to get my pendant?
Your custom piece usually ships within 5 to 7 business days. Every Pawtrait is made with love, care, and a little bit of pet magic. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it's on the way.
🎁 Is this a good gift?
It's the perfect gift. Whether you're celebrating a new furry family member or remembering one, a custom Pawtrait is a keepsake that means everything.
🖼️ Can I preview the design before you make it?
We can send you a preview upon request. Just leave a note at checkout and we’ll make sure you get a sneak peek before we engrave.
🔙 Can I return or exchange it?
Since each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns. That said, if something isn’t quite right, contact us and we’ll do everything we can to make it right. We care about your pet just as much as you do.
🧼 How do I take care of my pendant?
Keep it dry, clean it gently with a soft cloth, and store it safely when you’re not wearing it. Treat it like a tiny treasure, because it is.
