Because each piece we create is custom-made to order, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect photo submissions, or typos in engraving details.

βœ… We Will Offer a Replacement or Refund If:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • We made an error in production (e.g., wrong engraving, incorrect design)

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us at support@pawtraitjewelry.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

❌ We Cannot Offer Refunds or Replacements For:

  • Mistakes in the photo or text submitted by the customer

  • Damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear

  • Claims made after 7 days of delivery

πŸ•’ Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that point, your item may already be in production and cannot be refunded.
