Because each piece we create is custom-made to order, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as buyerβs remorse, incorrect photo submissions, or typos in engraving details.
β We Will Offer a Replacement or Refund If:

The product arrives damaged

We made an error in production (e.g., wrong engraving, incorrect design)
To qualify for a replacement or refund:

Contact us at support@pawtraitjewelry.com within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
β We Cannot Offer Refunds or Replacements For:

Mistakes in the photo or text submitted by the customer

Damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear

Claims made after 7 days of delivery
π Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that point, your item may already be in production and cannot be refunded.
